Chinese local bank transfer is a secure payment method provided to students and parents, allowing them to transfer money through the bank channel. When receiving payments through bank transfers, WooshPay will provide students and parents with a virtual local bank account in China. They can transfer money to this account through mobile banking apps, online banking, or offline bank branches. This bank account is opened by a licensed institution in cooperation with the People’s Bank of China and is regulated for cross-border payment purposes, ensuring the security and compliance of funds.

For local bank transfers in China, the single transfer limit can be as high as 1 million yuan, which is approximately equivalent to US$100,600.
